In the precision machining industry, in order to ensure the accuracy and quality of products, improve working conditions, increase labor productivity and reduce labor costs, fixtures have an irreplaceable role in addition to mechanical equipment and can solve precise positioning and strong clamping problems.Currently, there are about 500 casing components per month for precision machined parts for small grinders. Using one side (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2) for machining grinding wheel within 250mm, the processing personnel frequently switch, the efficiency is low, and the labor intensity is frequently clamped every month. In order to shorten the machining cycle time and cost of precision parts, Geli Xi experienced home-made fixtures (Figure 3, Figure 4), combined with the rules of the bottom round of six batches, the processing efficiency reduced by 75%.
